Pet Hotel Policies

    • 30 lbs. or less
    • spayed or neutered
    • current on rabies and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations
    • Must have been living with current guardian for at least 30 days.
  • All hotel guests must complete a two-hour supervised screening visit and three half-days of daycare before being booked for an overnight stay in the hotel.
  • Owners are responsible for providing food and treats for their dog.
  • Owners may also bring bedding and blankets at their own risk, but we recommend that they not bring toys as dogs are prone to fight over them.
  • Owners are responsible for injuries their dogs inflict on other dogs.
  • Owners are responsible for ensuring that their dog is adequately protected against fleas.
  • If a dog requires medication that is given orally, please bring all medication and detailed instructions. Attendants will go over medications with the owner at drop off.
  • Dogs taking medication for contagious illnesses should STAY HOME! Doggie colds and parasites such as Giardia are very contagious and your dog will be around other dogs and attendants their entire stay.
  • Dogs who are a danger to themselves or others, including aggressive dogs and those who are prone to escaping their enclosures, may be placed in kennels. We reserve the right to refuse to book those dogs in the future.
  • Owners of dogs over 12 years old or those with physical or medical conditions will be asked to sign a waiver releasing us from responsibility for illness or death of the pet. We also reserve the right to decline to book dogs over 13 or those with physical or medical conditions that pose a significant risk.
  • Clients failing to keep, cancel, or modify a scheduled reservation 24 hours in advance will be charged for one night.
  • Check out time is 1 p.m. An additional charge of $20 ($18 for the second dog) will be charged for dogs picked up after that time.
  • Dogs must be picked up by 7 p.m. Dogs not picked up by 7 p.m. will remain in the pet hotel and be charged for one night's hotel stay.
